How often does Metricon sync Google data?

Analytics data is refreshed on a schedule and expensive queries are cached. The latest successful sync is shown on each dashboard.

Why do numbers differ from Google Analytics?

Timezone, attribution, thresholding, and the selected reporting window can produce small differences. Check that both tools use the same property and dates.

How do I add another client business?

Return to the business portfolio and choose Add business. Each organisation keeps its team, properties, and credentials isolated.

Can clients receive reports without signing in?

Yes. Scheduled reports can be sent to verified recipients. Workspace access is only needed for interactive dashboards.

How do I reconnect a Google account?

Open Integrations, revoke the inactive connection if needed, and connect Google again with the required permissions.
