Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Metricon handles, why it is used and the choices available to account holders.
Information we collect
We collect account details, organisation membership, support communications and basic device or security information.
When you connect Google services, we process OAuth credentials and the analytics, advertising, search or business-profile data you authorise.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, provide analytics, sync connected services, send account messages, prevent abuse and improve reliability.
Legal bases
Processing may be necessary to perform the service contract, meet legal obligations, protect legitimate security interests or act on consent.
Sharing and processors
We use providers for hosting, databases, email, payments and Google API access. They receive only the information needed for their role.
We do not sell personal information or connected business analytics.
Retention and security
Information is retained while an account is active and for a limited period afterwards where required for billing, security or legal records.
Metricon uses tenant isolation, encrypted transport, restricted secrets and audit controls. No service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent.
